By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. biowin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.
biowin's services are intended for residents of Indonesia. You represent and warrant that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of Account registration and when accessing our Services. You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in certain jurisdictions, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of biowin complies with all applicable laws in your location.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account with biowin. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of any balances. biowin employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts based on personal information, payment methods, IP addresses, and device fingerprints.
biowin takes underage gambling prevention seriously. All new Users must complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of their Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport showing proof of age. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be permanently closed, and any deposits will be returned to the source payment method after deduction of processing fees.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. biowin will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any activity occurring under your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, bets, and Account changes made using your credentials.
biowin is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our regulatory compliance obligations, we require all Users to complete KYC verification. You must submit the following documents within 7 days of Account registration or before your first withdrawal request, whichever occurs first:
biowin reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time to verify your identity, source of funds, or compliance with these Terms. You must promptly update your Account information if any of your personal details change, including your address, phone number, or email address. biowin is not responsible for failed communications or missed notifications if you fail to maintain current contact information in your Account settings.
biowin supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method as follows:
Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. biowin does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
You may request withdrawals to any Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

You may only use payment methods registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not including your name, or anonymous payment methods are strictly prohibited. biowin reserves the right to reject any deposit from a source we cannot verify as belonging to the Account holder and will return such funds to the source minus any processing fees incurred.

biowin's decision regarding bonus abuse is final and binding. Users found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have their Accounts permanently closed and be banned from future promotions.

All games offered on our platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or are conducted via live video stream with real dealers and equipment. Sports betting odds are determined by our trading team and updated in real-time based on market conditions. Togel results are drawn from official international lottery pools and published immediately upon draw completion.

It is your responsibility to understand the rules before participating. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes or bet settlement, biowin's internal game logs and transaction records will be considered the authoritative source of truth. All decisions made by biowin regarding bet settlement are final and binding.
While biowin employs robust technology to ensure platform stability, technical errors or malfunctions may occasionally occur. If a game malfunction voids all bets and pays, or if incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, biowin reserves the right to void affected bets and correct Account balances. Users will be notified of any such corrections via email or Account notification.

biowin makes reasonable efforts to ensure our Services are available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. biowin is not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from temporary service unavailability.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. biowin is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through use of our Services. You agree to gamble responsibly, within your financial means, and to use the responsible gaming tools we provide. biowin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.
biowin's platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, including game provider sites and payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party sites. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and that third party.
If you have any complaint or dispute regarding our Services, you must first contact biowin's customer support team via live chat or email. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your issue promptly and fairly. If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may request escalation to our management team for further review.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal action. Any formal legal proceedings will be conducted in accordance with the laws of Indonesia as specified in Section 11.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after deduction of any applicable fees or pending wagering requirements. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours.
biowin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, or if we are required to do so by regulatory authorities. In cases of Account closure for Terms violations, biowin may withhold any remaining balance as compensation for damages incurred.
If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from biowin. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of biowin's Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia. By using our Services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
